Financial Aid Disbursement and Refund Schedule
Spring 2026 financial aid is based on the 2025-2026 FAFSA. Awards are calculated and disbursed using the SCC Academic Calendar.
Spring 2026 REFUND DATES
Spring refunds will follow the schedule below. Attendance in each class must be confirmed before the disbursement of grants begins. Financial Aid amounts are subject to change based on attendance in your classes. Classes must be required for your SCC program plan to be aid-eligible.
Refund - the release of residual funds to the student's selected refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. More information about refunds is available at Refund Choices.

Please be aware that if you need to update your address, you must update it with Bank Mobile and with SCC. After you update your address on your student account, please get in touch with the cashier’s office or student billing so we can validate your mailing address with Bank Mobile to ensure any refund checks are mailed to the correct address. You can change your college address through your student self-service. For assistance in changing your address with the college, you can contact Somerset-StudentRecords@kctcs.edu.
