Since you are a deserving scholarship recipient, the public relations department at Somerset Community College would like to place a news story in your local newspaper(s). Participation in this project is optional and is not required to receive the scholarship.

In order to provide your local paper with necessary information, we need some information and a photograph from you.

Please complete the following form and attach a photograph of you. Resolution for the photograph should be at least 300 dpi. We recommend that you send a "headshot" type of shot as these reproduce best in news print.
