Policy

Somerset Community College encourages and supports the use of institutional data and analysis in decision-making.  This policy standardizes the way data is requested and disseminated.  Data will be reported in the aggregate, meaning there will be no identifying factors that can be tied back to specific students, faculty, or staff unless otherwise approved.  The Office of Institutional Research will review the data request and respond within one to two (1-2) business days of the date it is received, depending on the degree of difficulty of the request.
