Yoga is great for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, build muscle, and improve balance while relaxing the mind and body. Each class will begin with easy breathing exercises and gentle stretches, then move to a yoga flow sequence, and end with a restorative practice. Yoga can be done by anyone of any age or ability.

Whether a beginner or fitness fanatic, come join Full Body Blast with Bethany and get ready to take your fitness to the next level. You will be addicted to the results. These workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn.
