What is Health Science Technology?
The medical field is one of the most rewarding fields that one can choose to enter. Our Health Science Technology (HST) program is designed to prepare students for entry-level career opportunities in the field of healthcare and health-related services. The program is designed for those students who seek entry-level jobs, as well as for the currently employed individual wishing to broaden skills for career enhancement. Graduates will possess marketable skills sets for direct care services as well as the foundation needed to understand current health care delivery.

How Do I Apply?
The Health Science Technology Program does not employ a selective admissions process. However, admission to approved certificate courses (nurse aide, phlebotomy, EMT, pharmacy, etc.) requires students to meet the minimum requirement for enrollment and admission by the program coordinator.

Length of Program
You can earn an associate in applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status.
