What is Fire/Rescue Science Technology?

SCC offers an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Fire/Rescue Science Technology with a curriculum based on federal and international standards and regulations.

The Kentucky Fire Commission offers incentive pay to full-time firefighters who complete specialized training each year, while also providing a number of grants to improve volunteer fire departments and regional training centers

Length of Program

You can earn an associate in applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status.
