The AA allows you to work on general education courses while deciding on your major and exploring different areas of classes within the degree requirements.

Students are advised to choose hours to satisfy pre-major requirements to which they are transferring.
* Graduation requirement demonstration of Computer Literacy: IC3 exam or Computer Literacy courses.
** Please note: At least one course within the 45 credit hour of the General Education block must be selected from the identified Cultural Studies List.
The Associate in Arts degree with an Education emphasis is a pathway for students who wish to begin coursework at a community college and then apply for transfer admission to a teacher education program at a four-year college or university.
