The Center for Rural Development Grants - unemployed or underemployed participants who live in the following counties: Bell, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Leslie, Letcher, McCreary, Perry, Pulaski, and Whitley.
Only available for the Certified Fiber Optic Program.
