College officials signed an agreement with the University Center of Southern Kentucky that will allow students to attend SCC for two years and then transfer to Lindsey Wilson College for their Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business through the University Center located at SCC’s Somerset campus.Somerset Community College (SCC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding through the University Center of Southern Kentucky (UCSK) with Lindsey Wilson College (LWC), to create a transfer pathway for graduates transferring to LWC to complete their bachelor's degrees in Business Administration.

He was speaking in front of a crowd of several during a graduation ceremony being held Thursday at Somerset Community College, but he was directing most of his comments toward the eight special graduates - the first graduates of a community-wide effort to give job skills to inmates of the Pulaski County Detention Center.
