Somerset Community College (SCC) proudly hosted its 2025 Spring graduation ceremony on Friday, bringing together the family and friends of 316 graduates at the Center for Rural Development in two commencement ceremonies to honor their significant achievement.

This celebration highlighted the commitment and hard work of the students who have completed their studies at SCC. Dr. Carey Castle, the President and CEO of SCC, conferred an impressive total of 520 degrees, 1317 certificates, and 183 diplomas to the graduating class. This year's remarkable increase in graduates and credentials compared to the Spring 2024 ceremony reflects a rising aspiration for higher education in our community.

Graduates represented career sectors in Health Sciences, Business, Technical, Arts and Humanities and Math and Sciences, united by a shared objective of enhancing their lives and contributing positively to their communities through knowledge. Their success underscores the exceptional quality of education offered by SCC and the unwavering commitment of its faculty and staff.

Dr. Castle commended the graduates of SCC’s Class of 2025. "You embody the promise of our community's future, and we are privileged to have been a part of your path. The knowledge you have gained prepares you to face both the obstacles and possibilities ahead, and we fully believe that you will create significant transformations in the world."

The SCC Spring Class of 2025 has demonstrated remarkable dedication in achieving their goals, and they are truly deserving of recognition for their hard-earned accomplishments. Congratulations to all graduates on this significant milestone; we wish you the very best in your future pursuits.
