SCC holding 9/11 Commemoration and reflection
Somerset Community College is holding an open gathering on Monday, September 12, 2011, in order to commemorate and reflect upon the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States.
Attendees will view a documentary film detailing the events of September 11, 2001, which will be followed by a period of open discussion and reflection of the events of that day and the decade that has since passed. Students, faculty and staff of SCC, as well as all members of the community at large are encouraged to attend.
The event will be held on the Somerset Campus in the Community Room of the Harold Rogers Student Commons from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
