Tuition and Fees

If you find it difficult to pay your tuition by the due date, our payment plan lets you pay over time.

All tuition and charges must be paid in full, or payment arrangements must be in place, prior to midnight on JANUARY 12, 2014. Please access the Student Self-Service website for online payments: The deadline for in-person payments through the college cashier offices is Friday, January 10, at 3:00 p.m. 

Should financial aid or third party agencies not cover the full amount of tuition and charges, the student must pay the balance prior to midnight on JANUARY 12, 2014 to avoid cancellation. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the cancellation of all classes for the fall term. Students cancelled for nonpayment will be assessed a reinstatement charge to re-enroll in the cancelled classes.

Out-of-State Students: From Contiguous Counties* $288
Out-of-State Students: Other Out-of-State Students $504

*Contiguous counties are those which border Kentucky. Tuition is charged for each credit hour enrolled.

Students in these Indiana counties pay in-state rates: Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland.

Students in these Ohio counties pay in-state rates: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren (students in the Associate Degree Nursing program are excluded and must pay contiguous or out of state rate).

Tuition and charges are determined by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. For payment deadlines, refer to the college academic calendar.
