This video will walk you through the steps of how to view the Maysville Community & Technical College Academic Calendar and how to view the schedule of classes for your major. From the Maysville Community & Technical College home webpage, select academics by moving your cursor over the academics title located in the middle of your screen and clicking on it using your mouse. The academics home screen is now displayed. Located at the academics webpage you should see a menu entitled Academics. Select from the list located below the academics heading Academic Calendar by moving your cursor to the academic calendar listing and clicking on it using your mouse. You will now be taken to the academic calendar homepage.
You will next need to choose which semester you would like to view in the academic calendar by scrolling down the page until you see the semester you would like to view. In this case we have chosen spring of 2010. Select spring of 2010 by moving your cursor to spring of 2010 heading and clicking on it using your mouse. This is a quick link that will move you down the page to the calendar you have chosen or simply scroll down the page and all calendars listed on the page are displayed. You are now taken to the spring of 2010 schedule. Within the academic calendar there are dates you should know. The last day you can withdraw from a class without your instructor's permission, when midterms and finals are and dates for registrations for the next semester.
At Maysville Community & Technical College we perform early registration that typically occurs near the end of the semester that you are currently attending. We suggest you take advantage of early registration in order to ensure you get the classes you need to take for the next semester, because our classes do fill up early. Familiarize yourself with these important dates. We suggest you write the dates in your academic planner. If you have a Maysville Community & Technical College academic planner, the academic calendar date should be listed in there already.
