The mission of the Maysville Community and Technical College Library is to provide quality information services to students, faculty, staff and community members. The library staff strives to support the college vision, mission and goals as well as create a space where individual learners can take ownership of their academic success. The MCTC Library specifically supports learning needs by:

• Providing appropriate and authoritative resources to support the college curriculum  

• Teaching and promoting information literacy and critical thinking skills through individualized and faculty-scheduled group sessions 

• Providing equitable services and information access in a variety of formats for all types of learners and persons with individual needs

• Ensuring an inviting and comfortable learning environment
