Cost to Participate

  • $25 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card)
  •  $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan

  • Go to https://students.kctcs.edu
  • Log in to People Soft
  • Select Self Service and go to Campus Finances
  • Choose Account Inquiry
  • Click on Set Up a Payment Plan next to the appropriate semester

Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through Payment Plan.

e-Cashier Plan Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Maysville Community & Technical College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.

*Deadlines are for students who register late. Students who are already registered are subject to cancellation if they haven’t enrolled in the payment plan by the cancellation date on the academic calendar.

Please do not assume your balance will be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. Call the Maysville Community and Technical College Cashier's Office to confirm a change:
