Christian Fellowship

Maysville Community and Technical College Christian Student Fellowship is an officially sanctioned non-denominational Christian organization with the simple purpose of helping college students live a fulfilled Christian life. Our ultimate goal is the acceptance of others in Christian love regardless of age, race, sex, or creed.

Health Occupation Students of America Organization (HOSA)

The Health Occupation Students of America Organization is the student club for students in Nursing, Respiratory Care, and Medical Assisting. This organization is run by, and for students in these fields. Like other student organizations, HOSA provides students with an opportunity to develop leadership skills and to showcase their talents through competitions and demonstrations at local, state, and national levels. This organization has been a great boost to the health occupation students at Maysville Community & Technical College, for many years and has given our students a forum for displaying excellence in the health skills they acquire here on our campus.

Mu Alpha Theta

The purpose of Mu Alpha Theta is to promote scholarship in, and enjoyment and understanding of, mathematics among community college students.

Mu Alpha Theta is an international high school and community college mathematics honor society chartered at Maysville Community and Technical College in 2012. The principal purpose of the society is to stimulate a deeper and more effective interest in mathematics. To achieve this purpose, Mu Alpha Theta shall provide mathematics enrichment activities during club meetings and interest generated therein help members to gain a greater understanding and an enjoyment of mathematics. All students are welcome to club meetings and activities.

Phi Beta Lambda (PBL)

"The Mission of Kentucky Phi Beta Lambda is professional development for individuals and groups through education, training, competitions, and assertive leadership."

PBL is a post-secondary business association for students with an interest in the ever changing business world. PBL is associated with the largest business student organization, Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda Inc. We also welcome students who are not business majors to join our organization.

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)

"The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence."

Phi Theta Kappa's mission is two-fold: 1) recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students and (2) provide opportunities for individual growth and development through participation in honors, leadership, service and fellowship programming.

RN Nights and Weekends Program

Student Ambassador Program

Maysville Community and Technical College Student Ambassadors represent and promote the college at campus and community events, assist with recruiting efforts, campus tours and provide information about MCTC to prospective students, school groups, civic organizations and the general public. Serving as a Student Ambassador provides MCTC students with an opportunity to develop as leaders with professional service skills while solidifying their education through campus and community engagement.

Student Government Association (SGA)

To provide accessible and accountable representation for the well being of the student body. The Maysville Community and Technical College Student Government Association are responsible for working toward solutions addressing students’ needs and concerns through ongoing interaction with Maysville Community and Technical College.

Single Parents Aspiring Resourceful Knowledge (SPARK)

 The Students Surviving Single Parenthood organization offers support, advice, and encouragement to those students balancing college, career, and home life as a single parent.
