Maysville Community and Technical College is one of 16 colleges across the Commonwealth of Kentucky that is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Maysville is located in Northern Kentucky directly on the Ohio River. MCTC serves 17 counties in Kentucky and two counties in neighboring Ohio. Our college excels in academics and community driven technical programs. Allied health programs and energy system technical studies attract many area students. Last year the college was recognized as having one of the top 20 New Century Scholar students in the nation. Workforce programs address community, industrial, and business needs.
MCTC has been successful in securing several National Science Foundation, Title III, and Title IV grants. These external funding sources have increased the opportunities that are available to students of the area. On-line course offerings have been stellar at MCTC. The college offers a wide array of courses and programs that can be accessed from students' homes.
