Policy

It is the policy of Somerset Community College (SCC) to provide professional development and training to all faculty and staff. Professional development and training of SCC Faculty and Staff, throughout their careers, is vital to the success of our students and college. New employee orientation and training is an important aspect of this ongoing professional development and training for our faculty and staff.
