ServSafe Training will be offered on March 5th and 7th from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Maysville Institute of Culinary Arts. There is a fee of $199 (includes certification test). ServSafe is recognized by the Conference for Food Protection as meeting ANSI standards. It is a recognized training to meet the definition of "accredited program" in the latest FDA Food Code.
